Cefyn and Judith Jones

Prior to joining Creative Kids Parties both Cefyn and Judith were teachers. Between them they taught children across a range of ages from 4 to 16 years. Cefyn also holds a sports degree and is an FA Coach.

Why did Cefyn and Judith join Creative Kids Parties?

Before joining the Franchise, Cefyn had worked with Matthew Woodhouse, the founder of Creative Kids Parties, on various children's projects. When Matthew expanded his local business into a Franchise organisation, Cefyn and Judith took the opportunity to become the first Franchisees within the system.

With three children either at home or at school, joining the business enabled them to devote time to their children, away from the fixed demands of regular employment. On a day to day basis, Judith manages the day to day running of the office, whilst Cefyn specialises in training their team of entertainers. Cefyn still leads some of the parties himself and is in great demand from parents who have enjoyed his entertainment before.

"It's difficult to say 'no' when a parent insists that the entertainer must be you" Cefyn observes. "However, I have spent a lot of time training our teams and families will enjoy the party whoever joins them on the day."

Cefyn and Judith want every entertainer to understand that they play a key role at any party. "We believe that every child is so special and they can feel safe as they enjoy the fun."

Into their 4th year

Cefyn and Judith started their business in 2002 in the Watford area. In 2005 they added to this by buying the adjoining areas of Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead.

They are pleased with the high reputation they have gained through parents spreading the word. As a result, they currently hold the record for the highest number of parties run by a Franchisee in any one month. They are also currently the top turnover Franchise Owners within the Creative Kids Parties system.
